Large Hospitality, Travel and Tourism Industry is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the above position, to work remotely.

Purpose of the Position

• To ensure all creditors invoices are received and captured into Accpac, all creditors’ reconciliations are prepared on a monthly basis and that all creditors’ payments are prepared and ready for payment by their due dates.
• Assist the Financial Controller with cashbooks, budgets and annual audits.

Key Performance Areas

• Ensure all creditors invoices are received either from the resort or from the creditors directly
• Ensure all creditors invoices are captured accurately into Accpac
• Ensure all creditors payments are prepared timeously and submitted to the Financial

Controller for authorisation

• Ensure all creditors reconciliations are prepared on a monthly basis
• Capture resort cashbooks when necessary
• Assist the Financial Controller with annual budgets/annual audits and audit queries
• Perform an efficient accurate administrative function

• 2 years experience in creditors clerk position
