Vacancy Details

• Stock
  • Receive deliveries & allocate materials to projects
  • Work with QC department
  • Take control store room and stock
  • Monthly stock count
  • Reconcile Stock reports with physical counts
  • Process Goods Receipts on internal ERP system
  • Perform Gas Bottle Recons
  • Keep track of consumables
  • Cleanliness of store room & other areas
• Tools
  • Make sure small tool register is up to date
  • Perform audits to ensure all tools are on site and in working order
  • Maintain system of booking in & out of tools
• Vehicles
  • Ensure vehicles are serviced on regular interval
  • Handle insurance claims
  • Make sure all vehicles are road worthy at all time
  • Make sure all trips are recorded in log books
  • Keep track of company kms travelled
  • Ensure forklift is serviced & properly maintained

Candidate Requirements

• Computer literate
• Proficient in MS Windows & Office
• Valid SA ID Book
• Live in Western Cape
• Bilingual in Afrikaans & English
• 5 Years’ experience in similar role with good knowledge of stock & stock procedures
• Matric – Additional tertiary qualifications will be advantageous
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• No criminal record & Good credit records
