Our client is currently looking for Receptionist to join the team.

Duties

Must have 2 or more years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent working knowledge and understanding of OPERA
Customer orientated
Must have ability to work well in a team
Excellent listening and communication skills
Fluent in English and Afrikaans, third language advantageous
Multitasking and organizational ability
Ability to assist all team members in a positive and inspiring manner
Must have a positive attitude and good people skills
Well versed in handling challenging guest and confident when resolving complaints
Ability to problem solve and find innovative solutions in challenging situations
Must be available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
